i'm a serious guy.
If you’ve got me on discord you’ll know that I’m a serious guy.
The question I want to ask you is, are you serious?
If you’re on this newsletter you’re making a commitment to grow and improve to reach your goal. Some people think that this newsletter will give tips to excuse the lack of seriousness, I hope that’s not you.
90% of people are completely unserious.
They work out here and there, big periods on, big periods off.
They spam protein shakes.
They get poor results.
9% of people are somewhat serious.
They train hard
They track their food most of the time…
They have the off week off each month
They’re completely delusional. They think they’re super serious. They think they’re doing everything right. They think they work as hard as possible and get bad results because of genetics.
Believe it or not Jeff Nippard was only somewhat serious.
1% of people are serious.
They track every set
They track everything they eat
They never miss a gym session unless there’s a genuine reason
They perfect their sleep
Every morning they weigh themselves
All the data they receive gets Fletcher looped to improve results.
They get great results.
