here's what happened this may (albeit not that much)

May has been a wild ride for me.

I practically posted no articles for you guys (other than the two ones before this).

I posted no YouTube videos…

I’ve been pretty ghost.

But I have done one thing!

I started posting on TikTok again, just not too consistently 🙄 

adding this in after the email was already scheduled… i realised i forgot something kinda big.

i ended up breaking/injuring my ribcage at the beginning of the month 😭 it’s gone now though, i rehabbed it. just a mild connective tissue inflammation injury.

I used to post quite a bit on TikTok, then I got in some drama and stepped away from the platform.

I only came back because I realised there’s so many lessons I teach on this newsletter that I want people to see.

As useful as YouTube is for getting new people in, TikTok is a complete untapped oil reserve. i’ll find out if they have the attention span to read later 😭 

I’m going to be writing a lot the rest of this year, I’m going to be posting on TikTok, and I’ll be making some YouTube videos.

Other than that here’s a few things I’ll share with you on personal progress:

I did end up skipping a couple of workouts, could have done them, but didn’t. yes they’re all lower days 😭 

not the worst consistency ever

  1. 84kg (cut took a bit of a pause ‘cause i’m off my meds)

  2. All time peak physique (still a bit fat 🙄)

  3. Got a few guys in my group coaching and they’re loving it

  4. I’ve been outside a lot and have caught the sun a bit (barely)

  5. Playing grow a garden a little

maybe a lot…

still got a lot of fat to lose but pretty happy with the progress

I’m hoping to record some of my sets for you guys, maybe even upload a workout again to YouTube, or to use as b-roll.

Film/TV

Honestly I haven’t been watching much compared to the numbers I usually do but the few I’m watching atm are GREAT.

I’ll try and rank them rq and then tell you why I enjoy them.

  1. One Piece I’m a huge one piece fan so having it air is just automatically gonna make it my number one.

  2. To Be Hero X I’ve loved watching tbhx, it’s super original, uses cinematography, music, and a super unique concept incredibly well. It’s been great to follow and I’m excited to see what’s coming out of it next.

  3. Black Butler Seasons here can be a little hit or miss but I’ve enjoyed this Emerald Witch arc a ton.

  4. Apothecary Diaries Just a chill Sherlock Holmes puzzle type of anime, it’s fun to watch.

  5. Yaiba manages to capture that Dragon Ball type of feel, I’ve enjoyed this a ton.

  6. Bet I’ve heard a lot of bad things about this Kakeguri adaptation but I actually really enjoyed it.

Clothing

I ended up buying some new clothes.

My current ones are pretty old so this was needed…

Grabbed about 3 joggers and 5 t-shirts.

They’re all pretty similar but one of them looks scaringly close to an Elijah Mundy fit…
