"I don't blame you for not believing me..."

You think I'm full of shit, don't you?
I get it. I really do.
If I were in your shoes, I'd probably think the same thing.
"Another gym bro claiming to have the 'secret' to muscle growth."
"Another program promising results when everything else has failed."
"Another fitness guru who thinks he knows my body better than I do."
Honestly, I don't blame you.
The fitness industry is a dumpster fire of empty promises, bro-science, and photoshopped before-and-afters.
Let me tell you a story about trust – or more specifically, why I had none left for the fitness industry.
About 4 years ago, I was scrolling through Instagram when I saw this jacked dude selling his 12-week transformation program. His physique was insane – the kind that makes you stop mid-scroll.
His caption said something like "I was just like you before I discovered these principles."
And like an idiot, I bought it. Dropped $97 on a PDF that was supposed to change my life.
What did I get?
A generic, copy-pasted workout plan that could've been pulled from any Men's Health magazine.
Zero personalization. Zero science-backed principles. Zero consideration for my specific body type or limitations.
But here's the real kicker:
Two months later, I found out the guy was on gear. Had been for years. Yet he was selling his program as if anyone could look like him just by following his "special" routine.
I felt like such a fool.
And I wasn't alone. My gym buddy Mark spent $250 on a "custom" program from a famous YouTuber, only to receive what was clearly a template sent to hundreds of other people.
My coworker spent THREE MONTHS following advice from a "fitness expert" who, it turns out, had been using ChatGPT for all of two years.
We've all been there, haven't we?
We've all wasted money on programs that didn't deliver. We've all followed advice from people who had no business giving it. We've all felt that crushing disappointment when we realize we've been duped.
And that's exactly why I'm not going to sit here and bombard you with wild claims about The Growth Code.
I'm not going to tell you it's some magical formula that will transform you overnight.
I'm not going to promise you'll look like a fitness model in 12 weeks.
Here's what I WILL tell you:
The Growth Code is built on actual exercise science – not bro-science, not what "worked for me," but peer-reviewed research on hypertrophy.
I've spent YEARS studying thousands of hypertrophy studies, working with thousands of real people, and testing what actually works.
The program adapts to YOUR specific needs, weaknesses, and goals – because cookie-cutter approaches are exactly what's failed you before.
I understand your skepticism. I respect it, actually.
In a world of fitness scams and empty promises, skepticism is a healthy response.
But I also know that skepticism can sometimes hold us back from finding something that actually works.
So here's my suggestion:
Don't take my word for it. Look at the science behind The Growth Code yourself. Check out the testimonials from regular people who've used it. Hell, even try the first phase and see how your body responds.
Because unlike those other guys, I'm not interested in a quick sale that leaves you disappointed. I'm building something here – a community of people who finally understand how their bodies actually grow.
If you decide to trust me with your fitness journey, I promise to deliver something that's actually worth your time and money.
But that decision is entirely up to you.
Your Hypertrophy Hero,
Fletcher
