I’ve got squats today and…

I AM TERRIFIED.

Last time I did squats was a week ago.

I was terrified then…

To be completely honest with you, I’m always terrified before a set of squats. This is the most fatiguing exercise in my program. It’s the one I hold back on the most.

Squats are brutal.

If you fight for your life on squats, everything else will become absurdly easy.

Any set you’re scared of, is going to hold you back, or push you forward.

The more sets you have that make you scared, the better.

I’m not saying you need to squat. It’s just the only good option in my gym…

But if nothing scares you, how hard are you training?
