"i missed my workout" ☹
what do i do now...

So you missed a workout.
Or know one day you’ll miss a workout and decided to read this anyway.
Here’s the deal. Try your best not to miss workouts. i know that sounds obvious 🙄
I’d rather you did a short home workout if that was the only option.
Here’s where things get a little complicated.
There are two paths I might want you to go down.
Two paths for two different types of people.
If you’re the type of person who never ever misses a workout accept that these things happen and you’ve done all you can. Don’t stress over it.
If you’re the type of person who’s skipping the gym too much. You can’t make up for this. Accept you’ll never get this day back.
Try and learn from this lesson.
In the long term if you’re the type of person who’s skipping the gym too much, you probably need to dial in your goal.
I’ll be honest. I miss more workouts than I’d like to admit…
But I always get back on that horse, I don’t stress or worry about that or let it drag me down, and I keep making gains.
Month after month I come back, perform, and progress. Missing workouts isn’t ideal, I do my best to go. But they won’t completely destroy a journey.
