What To ̶n̶o̶t̶ Do To Grow

Follow this guide to stay ̶s̶m̶a̶l̶l̶ big forever!

Here’s what I’d do if I didn’t want to grow in the gym.

Be super inconsistent.

Be way too consistent.

Do a LOT of reps.

Do a LOT of sets.

Do whatever your favourite YouTuber says.

Milk the stretch on every exercise.

Stay fat.

Have super long eccentrics.

Be nowhere near failure.

Never dial in during a set.

Change when the new meta comes around.

Program hop based on YouTubers or TikTok.

Force feed calories for growth.

Force feed protein for growth.

Go carnivore.

Block me.

Look I’ll be real. There’s a lot of ways to bake a cake. There’s a lot of ways to train.

In this space you have so many different ideologies and takes, I’m going to say something pretty controversial now…

99% of the time (when people know what they’re talking about) they only disagree because of one reason. Their definitions.

If you ever find yourself arguing with someone who you can tell they know what they’re talking about, take a step back. Put together proper definitions for what you’re talking about, try to understand them.

You’ll probably find you share the same view just have a different definition somewhere, or one of the two of your are placing a bet on a potential.
