Do you ever film your sessions?

Today I’m filming all of my sets in the gym.
For the most part I’m doing this for you guys. I want to show you the progress I’m able to make following my recommendations. The workouts will be posted to my channel.
This isn’t the only reason I record though.
Do you remember when you first stepped foot in the gym?
You had no idea if your form was good
You had no idea what good form was
You spent months squatting with a cats’ back…
What do you think would have happened if you filmed the sets way back when?
Yep.
It’s time to do that again
Your form might still be bad 🙄
You might not have the intensity you think you do
You get a keepsake you can flex on others
You get to see how long that failure rep takes (if progression is slow this MATTERS)
So start filming some sets when you can.
