i'm not gonna drink soda this month
i'm super super locked in and i want to make everything great and perfect so no more soda.

I was talking to a guy in one of my coaching groups yesterday.
He was telling me about how he’s properly locked in.
June will be different.
He’ll bring his absolute focus and deliver a grit I’ve never seen before.
Then when telling me what he’s doing to achieve that… he say’s “and no more soda”. This was pretty disappointing in honesty.
See soda is great.
If it’s diet…
Even if it’s not diet there’s an argument to be made that it can fit in your plan but that’s only the case if you’re not cutting (usually).
This is a bit of a short email but:
Don’t be scared of diet soda it’s great.
Don’t be scared of squash it’s great.
These are both ways to easily get in your fluids, which most of you struggle to do, and also consume an appetite suppressant.
Don’t fear this stuff, use it to your advantage.
Sometimes the question you need to ask yourself when you’re dieting isn’t “how much soda am I drinking?” it’s “how much soda ARENT I drinking?”.
That brings me to an unrelated sort of life lesson I want to impart on you.
Don’t be afraid of change, and don’t be afraid to try new things.
For the longest time I’ve been drinking Pepsi Max. I saw Dr Pepper on a special offer and bought it. I loved it.
