Elf on the Shelf
You’ve gone soft.

Don’t misbehave or you’ll get on Santa’s naughty list!
That elf on the shelf is always watching 😳
- You used to do everything to make sure you were on the nice list 
- You’d continue this behaviour for AGES just for one day that was out of reach 
- The motivation was so strong that you were good or hid from the elf 
This was just a small little thing I’ve been thinking about recently.
It should be easier to stay on your workout journey than to stay on Santa’s nice list. I’m not saying you’re a bad person 🙄
It’s just easier to do something that rewards you slowly over time, than all at once on a deadline.
Let’s say your goal physique takes 5 years to accomplish.
2.5 years in you’ll be over 80% of the way there.
You haven’t had to do all this hard work consistently for 2.5 years just to get to 50%, or even worse you have to wait for Santa to come in 2.5 years and give you your presents.
What do you have to do to stay on the nice list? I am talking about sticking to routine not actual Santa.

P.S. Now that Christmas is basically gone I want you to start taking action with your diet, workout, etc. Don’t wait till next year to start taking things more serious.
