My life is a video game and I have artefacts

Video Games đŸ™…đŸ»â€â™‚ïž GAME OF LIFE 😍

“What on earth are you on about Fletcher?”

I know, I know.

Hear me out. This is a method I recently implemented that has crazy returns. It exploits a video game tactic that exploited you.

See all games have artefacts.

There are some silly pixels that give you +0.1% defence.

In the endgame it’s not uncommon for you to spend >5 hours to grind a new item with +0.2% defence.

That’s literally >£60 at minimum wage for barely any stat boost. So why would someone do it? Well it’s just better 🙄

In the long run you know the difference it makes. The artefact becomes double effective, combo’d with everything else you have makes a huge difference.

Imagine games weren’t forthcoming with their stats.

You’d just grab whatever looked the coolest, or was the easiest to get.

That’s how our brains work. They aren’t inefficient enough to remember all the reasons why we do something. So here comes artefacts.

My artefact that has me maximise working from home to minimise my side effects of travelling.

Example artefact

You can do this with literally anything, just make it personalised.

If you print this out, you’ll be able to see it each day and know why you’re doing what you’re doing.

It keeps you on track.

If you want me to send over a full writeup of my artefacts, or a guide on ones I deem foundational, reply to this email.

I’ll be coming out with an “Artefact Framework” soon, so stay tuned for that.

It’ll help you make ones that resonate with you better, and how to keep them effective.

Your Hypertrophy Hero,
Fletcher

P.S. If you can, make these artefacts physical and have a wall of artefacts. I plan on doing this asap.
