A bee’s heart beats 1000 times a minute.
That was me this morning…
It’s been a while since I wrote a newsletter. I knew that my birthday needed a post. I knew I needed to build momentum.
Then I go to look for the piece of paper with all the topics I want to write about on 😳
It’s gone.
I look for it everywhere, feeling worse and worse by the second.
My strong heart beating like crazy.
In the end it was hidden right at the bottom of my bag…
But anyway, it’s don’t step on a bee day!

If you see any bees, make sure you don’t step on it.
It’s also my birthday 🙄
I’m hitting a crazy workout today, having some great food, and hopefully a great sleep.
Not too much to learn in this one, but I will be coming back with some valuable lessons soon!
I’ve been thinking a lot about some of the topics going around, isometrics, definitions, protein, supplements, building more muscle than last time, hydration, sleep, literally everything.
My list of topics (now that I’ve found it) gets longer and longer by the day.
Alright, I’m going to go grab have a couple coco pops bar, then hit my workout in an hour.
Dinner tonight is going to be pretty yummy.

chicken tsukune (protein)

agedashi tofu (estrogen 🙄)

miso soup (yum)

garlic fried rice (carbs)

cold soba with chili dressing (yum)
I’d take some proper photos of my food to show you guys but I absolutely suck at food photography, I honestly make it look bad.
If anyone has any good tutorials on how to make food look good in a photo please send it over to me, otherwise I’ll never be able to share some of the great recipes I make.
