I’ve got some after darks to do…

You’ve been missing me from your inbox lately 🙄 

  • I’ve been slacking.

So I decided as there are so many extra emails to write, let’s make a cool theme.

I’ll fix your sleep.

Over the next week you’ll see emails on sleep.

The goal will be to improve duration/quality to get more out of your life.

At the end of the day I’m trying to get you feeling better, stronger, build muscle quicker, and stay consistent easier.

It’s a no brainer.

Here’s how I’ll be writing to you.

  1. I’ll help you find what you need to focus on with your sleep

  2. I’ll help you get to sleep

  3. I’ll help you stay asleep (and have good sleep quality)

  4. I’ll help you put together a good sleep stack (tools and supplements that help)

  5. I’ll tell you what a sleep journal can do

All in all it’s going to be fun.

Before signing off I’ll leave you a little lesson to implement.

One of the things that will help you the most with your sleep is having a regular sleep schedule.

Write down the window you want to go to sleep, and wake up at, and do everything you can to stick to it.

You’ll improve upon this later…
