There are people out there that have completely given up…

real person who randomly decided to attack my “science based” approach because it used weights instead of drugs.

They’ve tried in the past to build muscle. They’ve tried to stick to a workout routine, to a diet. They’ve tried to change things.

And… it didn’t work.

Or more accurately. They didn’t make it work.

Don’t get me wrong. There is bad advice out there. The fact it’s hard to find a path that brings you to your dream physique is why I write this newsletter.

But, accountability where accountability is due 🙄

End of the day, you have what you need.

Being accountable means you

  • Track your workouts

  • Track your diet

  • Track, track track.

You don’t let anything escape your eyes.

The second you take a look at this data, your questions are asked and answered.

If you share beliefs with “FOR🧪🧲”, lifting weights is just pointless and it’s all in genetics. You’re better off just taking some drugs.

Well let me let you in on a little secret 🤫

If you decide to take drugs you need to track way more than is listed here.

Sooooo. If you’re truly defeatist and think that’s the best way, start tracking now to know you can actually do it.

Then realise the problem was you, not your genetics, and don’t take them.
